Mr. Baer earned his B.A. in Economics-Business from UCLA in 1987. He went on to earn his law degree from Loyola Law School in 1990. He also completed extended studies in International and Comparative Law at Cambridge University in England. During his time in school, Mr. Baer held intern and clerk positions that helped form the foundation of his career as a successful attorney.
